Rotary MN Vets Club Meeting TONIGHT

Our December Club meeting will be held 10 December 2020 from 7-8pm. We have a full meeting with two presentations you won't want to miss.

1. Russ Michaletz - the Rotary Foundation: an update on the Rotary Foundation from TRF Fundraising Chair and Past District Governor, Rotary District 5950. Russ presented Rotary 101 for our club a year ago when we were first chartered. We also have a presentation of Paul Harris Fellows - a great honor in Rotary!

2. Trent Dilks - Disabled American Veterans: a presentation on DAV MN and DAV MN Foundation. Trent will share ways that we might possibly collaborate in the future, post COVID, to serve veterans. He will also share some immediate needs.

Vets Blood Drive - Thursday 28 January

It is time to do it again!

Participate in our 4th Rotary Club of MN Veterans / Red Cross Blood Drive

During COVID-19 the need is even greater... and our club has stepped up over and over again. Hosting blood drives began after a presentation from the Red Cross at a club meeting. Our first drive was the initial week of the MN pandemic stay at home executive order in March. While other drives cancelled due to fear, our vets showed up to serve others.

Let's do it again! Sign up today - because our spots will fill up fast - and walk-ins are no longer allowed during blood drives per Red Cross COVID distancing guidelines. Will you give life to veterans and their families?

BIRDI Golf Classic

Gather your friends, family and neighbors to support the Minnesota Rotary Club of Veterans at BIRDI Golf for the first annual indoor Rotary Golf Classic!

When: 18 February, 2021

Format: 2 Person Team Scramble (lowest team score)

Prizes: BIRDI Gift Cards, Merch and Swag

Ticket Package: $125 Per Player

Tee Times: 9am - 12, 12 - 3pm, 3pm - 6pm and 6pm to 9pm

Where: BIRDI Golf, Woodbury

Ticket Package Includes:

18 Holes - Golf Bay Rental (3 Hours per group of 4)

Free 1 Hour of Golf for a return visit to BIRDI ($50 value)

$15 Food & Beverage Credit

For Non Golfers:

For people not interested in playing golf, they can participate by booking a reservation for dining and 10% of all food orders will go towards supporting the Rotary Club program.
