This month we are having a Club Assembly to make our Club more relevant, more attractive to potential Members, encourage Members to participate, and make an even more significant difference in helping veterans. The more input that members provide, the better the Club will become. So please make a point of attending this upcoming meeting in person or by Zoom or submitting your comments to me [guymarzano@gmail.com] if you cannot attend. Club Leaders will consider each suggestion carefully and try to implement the most relevant ones.

 

     1. What makes membership in our Club desirable [the Club’s assets, values, uniqueness, etc.]?

     2. What has been going well that the Club needs to keep doing [with little or no change]?

     3. What is the Club doing now that you would like to see grow in scope/effectiveness?

     4. What’s not working well for the Club that needs to be totally eliminated or replaced?

     5. What innovative, “out of the box” ideas do you have to make the Club better [be creative and specific]?
