At our Club Meeting, Tonight, February 11, we will have three business related matters to address:
  1. Approval of Club Constitution & Bylaw Revisions
  2. Election of a President Elect, Secretary, and Program & Social Chair
  3. Veterans Groups to Support & Serve Beside
In 2020, Rotary International provided new required revisions for the Constitution and Bylaws of Rotary clubs. When our club was chartered, we used the bylaws of our sponsoring club, Edina Morningside, and adopted those for our charter.  Since that time, our club board has worked on a unique mission with accompanying values as well as settling into our own organizational structure.  The Board is bringing forward a revision to effectively accomplish this as a young cause-based club.  PLEASE REVIEW THE PROPOSED CONSTITUTION HERE / PROPOSED BYLAWS HERE.  A word of appreciation to Bethany Danner, Doug Kuplic, and Mark Shockey for drafting the revisions.

The Rotary Club of Minnesota Veterans operates with a Board of Directors.  We currently have three open positions that need to be filled.
